Order Dispatch and Delays Once we dispatch your parcel, we do not accept refund requests for a change of mind. If there is any delay or issue with your order, we will inform you right away. Please note that we do not accept chargebacks or refund requests for delays caused by war situations or extreme unforeseen events.
Damaged or Defective Items If your dress arrives damaged or has a fault, please record a clear video of the issue. Send this video to us on WhatsApp at +44 7366 369776. We will review the video. If the fault falls under our policy, we will process your refund.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these requirements:

Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

The product must be in its original condition.

Tags must be intact. You must return the item in its original packaging.

You need to show proof of purchase (like your receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items We do not accept returns for custom-tailored or made-to-order suits. Items marked as "final sale" are also not eligible for a return.
How to Return To start a return, please contact our customer service team. You can reach us at dastanelibas9@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +44 7366 369776. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you instructions and the return address. Note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, we will cover the costs if the item we sent was incorrect or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email. We will let you know if we approve or reject your refund. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
